介係詞是讓大家頭疼的傢伙，主要是因為在中文裡面沒有介係詞的用法，許多人到現在使用不常使用的單字後面遇到要加介係詞的狀況時，還是必須要上網查一下，在英文中，許多動詞只能搭配固定的介係詞，又有些動詞配上不同的介係詞意思不同，例如: talk後面+ to 就是指「和…說話」; 但如果後面+ about 就是指「談論關於…」，亦有些動詞不需要搭配介係詞即可以接受詞，此種動詞稱為及物動詞，例如: see，可以直接說I see you. 但是talk 卻不能說I talk you，所以talk就是所謂的不及物動詞，後面必須要搭配介係詞才能再接上其他的東西 。
先前提過的介係詞有分兩種，一種是搭配動詞、名詞或形容詞的固定用法，另一種是後面接上時間或是地點的介係詞(請參考本篇)，今天要跟大家講的就被歸類於第一種。
這種固定用法呢，請不要拿一本書背，要利用句子練習，一方面可以學習到新的句子，二方面句子協助建立語感，在口說時可以自然用出來，不用在那邊想半天。
大家可以把英文的句子當成一個火車或是高鐵列車(感覺檔次很不一樣)，主詞就是火車頭(或高鐵頭?!)，動詞就是引擎，如果是火車型，就需要有連結車廂的勾勾，那就是介係詞，反觀一些動詞，不需要有勾勾也可以連在一起喔~
今天要跟大家介紹的就是火車型的動詞並搭配常見的介係詞「about」
動作型(action)
1. argue about 爭執
We were arguing about the budget. 我們當時正在為預算爭執。
2. worry about 擔心
Mum always worries about our wellbeing. 媽媽總是為我們操心。
3. joke about 開玩笑、講笑話
Did I tell you the joke about the chicken crossing the road?我跟你講過小雞過馬路的笑話嗎？
4. care about 在乎
I really care about you. 我真的很在乎你。
5. warn sb. about 提醒
He tried to warn us about the guy but we didn’t listen. 他試著提醒我們要小心那個人，但我們沒聽他的。
6. dream about 夢想、幻想
He has been dreaming about a huge beach house since forever. 他一直夢想著有間超大的濱海別墅。
7. talk to sb. about和…講關於..的事
I was talking to Gina about the accident. 我當時正跟Gina說那件意外的事。
8. complain about 抱怨…
He always complains about his job. 他總是抱怨他的工作。
情緒型(state of mind)
1. be enthusiastic about 對…有熱忱
I am enthusiastic about studying different cultures. 我對研究不同的文化有熱忱。
2. be worried about對…感到憂心
I was worried about the trip but it turned out to be fine. 我之前一直很擔心那趟旅行，不過結果倒挺好的。
3. be sorry about 對…感到抱歉、對…感到婉惜/遺憾
I'm just sorry about all the trouble I've caused her.我爲給她帶來的所有麻煩而感到抱歉。
4. be mad about 對…著迷
He's mad about football.他對足球著迷。
5. be crazy about 對…感到瘋狂
He’s crazy about Maroon 5. 他對魔力紅感到瘋狂。
6. be excited about對…感到興奮
I am so excited about the coming sport season. 我對即將到來的賽季感到興奮。
7. be happy about 對…感到滿意
Are you happy about/with (= satisfied with) your new working arrangements?你對新的工作安排滿意嗎？
8. be serious about 對…認真的、堅決的
Is she serious about going to live abroad?她真的想移居國外嗎？
